Erinn Rominger built her career managing fast paced engineering, product management and program/project delivery teams. She has been responsible for process design, architecture, infrastructure, large scale programs, and operating models for organizational effectiveness across multiple business units and domains. She has a track record of management excellence, and managing diverse, distributed teams through high-stakes growth and demanding times.
Her hallmark throughout her career has been performance at the nexus between people and the systems they operate - especially during times of accelerated change. She excels in relationship building, communication, information synthesis, building trust, and navigating high pressure environments with calm and clarity. She manages teams and partnerships with a balance of heart, humor and accountability.
Time and time again, Erinn has been called on to step in at critical times to optimize, stabilize or stand-up new business units or teams. As both a change agent and a business department head with her own direct P&L responsibilities, she is skilled at navigating teams toward pragmatic outcomes and balancing risk tolerance with business necessities and constraints.
A proven, high performing, senior leader at companies across technology, non-profit, manufacturing and finance, she has worked with C-suite executives and leadership teams in both marquis companies and small non-profits with equal passion. Erinn's experience as a non-profit board member, a chief of staff, an implementer, a process and systems architect, a communications and culture leader have made her a sought after facilitator, coach and mentor in both her professional and personal life.
